- 只指导,不代操作。验证码、密码、刷脸,永远你本人做,我们不碰你的账号。
- 不卖团、不派车、不拿回扣。需要接机或用车,推荐持证导游和合规网约车。
- 不存你的证件。护照号和手机号不进我们的数据库。
- 境外收款。通过国际支付平台付款,支持退款。
- We guide, you tap. Codes, passwords and face scans are always done by you. We never touch your accounts.
- No tours, no drivers, no kickbacks. For transfers we point you to licensed guides and legal ride-hailing.
- We don't keep your documents. Passport and phone numbers never enter our database.

FAQ
我是马来西亚 / 新加坡护照,要签证吗?
马来西亚、新加坡与中国是双边互免签证,不在"单方面免签国家"名单里。停留天数和条件以出发当天中国领事服务网的公告为准,我们会在攻略里给你当日口径。
外国卡能绑支付宝、微信吗?
大多数 Visa / Mastercard 可以,但失败率不低。落地包会在出发前带你绑好并试付一笔小额,落地再出问题就打电话给我们。
你们会要我的密码吗?
不会,任何时候都不会。我们只看你的屏幕截图、告诉你下一步点哪里。有人自称"首日到"向你要验证码,那是骗子。
不满意能退吗?
攻略发出前、落地包服务开始前可以全额退;服务开始后按未使用天数退。
Do I need a visa?
It depends on your passport. Many countries now have visa-free entry; the rules change often, so we check the official consular notice on your departure date.
Will my foreign card work with Alipay or WeChat Pay?
Most Visa / Mastercard cards do, but failures are common. The Landing Pack links and test-pays before you fly; if it breaks in China, call us.
Will you ask for my password?
Never. We only look at screenshots and tell you what to tap. Anyone claiming to be us and asking for a code is a scammer.
Refunds?
Full refund before the guide is delivered or service starts; pro-rated by unused days after.
